Oct 7 Bottle Hill Day
This year marks the 48th anniversary of Madison's
signature, free event, featuring music, food and
festivities. This event has continued to grow every
year since it was first established in 1974 by Mayor
Elizabeth Baumgartner.
Oct 7 Madison Car Show
Produced by the Madison Area Chamber of Commerce
and PBA Local 92, it is one of the premier local
shows in New Jersey, featuring hot rods, trucks,
customs, antiques and more. The car show is held in
conjunction with Bottle Hill Day, Madison’s annual
street fair and town-wide celebration.
Oct 18-Nov 1 Scarecrows on Waverly
Enjoy family-friendly scarecrows decorated by
Chamber-member businesses and organizations.
All are visible from the sidewalks.
Oct 27 / 6 pm Trunk or Treat and
Pumpkin Illumination This annual event is
put on by the Madison Volunteer Ambulance Corps.
Oct 28 Halloween Parade & Magic Show
This annual event invites children and their parents
to stroll down Main Street in costume. A professional
magician provides entertainment, and stores
and businesses welcome trick-or-treating.

Madison High School art students.

The Chabad of Southeast Morris County and the
Borough of Madison host a menorah lighting at
the Madison Train Station on Kings Road.
