FROM THE PAST: ‘THE THINKER’<br />

n <strong>the</strong> world of art, certa<strong>in</strong> creations transcend<br />

time, becom<strong>in</strong>g not just sculptures<br />

but eternal symbols of human contemplation<br />

and <strong>in</strong>tellect. One such masterpiece<br />

is ‘The Th<strong>in</strong>ker’ by <strong>the</strong> legendary French<br />

sculptor Auguste Rod<strong>in</strong>. As we delve <strong>in</strong>to <strong>the</strong><br />

depths of history, we encounter this iconic<br />

sculpture that encapsulates <strong>the</strong> essence of<br />

human thought and <strong>in</strong>trospection.<br />

Conceived <strong>in</strong> 1880 as part of a larger work<br />

titled ‘The Gates of Hell,’ ‘The Th<strong>in</strong>ker’<br />
