Overview Organoids Extracellular matrix MEGAROBO ExtraGel matrix offers a versatile hydrogel matrix derived from basement membrane components found in ECMrich mouse tumour tissues. It is composed of laminin I, collagen IV, and heparan sulfate proteoglycans, providing a supportive environment enriched with growth factors such as epidermal growth factor, platelet-derived growth factor, nerve growth factor, basic fibroblast growth factor, transforming growth factor, and insulin growth factors. This matrix is available in large lot sizes and can be obtained with or without growth factors, along with options for phenol red or reduced growth factors. It has been rigorously tested for applications in 3D cell culture, angiogenesis, stem cell maintenance, differentiation, and in vivo xenograft generation, making it a valuable tool for a wide range of research and clinical applications. Media and supplements for MSCs To optimize exosome isolation from MSCs, we advise using tailored products at distinct stages, including isolation, maintenance, proliferation, and exosome isolation.
