Bio<br />
Born in Ghana and later living in London for over 40<br />
years, <strong>Jo</strong> started stitching around the age of seven,<br />
using her skill as a form of expression. Having gone<br />
through and still experiencing many life challenges,<br />
including mental health issues, sewing soothes and<br />
relieves her anxious mind – allowing her to focus on<br />
her creations.<br />
