REGISTRATION<br />
For your team to successfully prepare, it is recommended families pre-register and pay<br />
for the event ahead of time.<br />
It is also recommended to charge a small fee ($5-10 per family) for the event to create a<br />
level of commitment from each family.<br />
This is a nom<strong>in</strong>al fee and should be paid dur<strong>in</strong>g the pre-registration period.<br />
We suggest giv<strong>in</strong>g a pre-registration deadl<strong>in</strong>e of 7-10 days before the event.<br />

Fee: Decide on the amount per family and how your m<strong>in</strong>istry will collect money<br />
(offer<strong>in</strong>g both onl<strong>in</strong>e and <strong>in</strong>-person options is the best way to go).<br />
Make it clear that you don't want money to be the reason someone doesn't come.<br />
Offer scholarships, discounts or altogether wave fees for s<strong>in</strong>gle parents.<br />
A well executed pre-registration strategy will give you a clear picture of how many<br />
people to expect and how many supplies to prepare.<br />
You'll want to prepare 20% more of everyth<strong>in</strong>g to be sure that you're ready for<br />
