VOLUNTEERS<br />
Volunteers are the rock stars of any event! They are the people that kids and families will<br />
<strong>in</strong>teract with so provide opportunities for volunteers to sh<strong>in</strong>e!<br />
VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES<br />
Set-up & Tear-down Crew<br />
Assists with decorat<strong>in</strong>g and sett<strong>in</strong>g up for the event<br />
Assists <strong>in</strong> tak<strong>in</strong>g down all decorations, tables, chairs, etc.<br />
Assists <strong>in</strong> sett<strong>in</strong>g up for the next event <strong>in</strong> the space.<br />
Registration Team<br />
Checks <strong>in</strong> families (collects payments from walk-<strong>in</strong>s).<br />
Provides <strong>in</strong>struction to families as they enter.<br />
Hands out Family Guides when families arrive and Faith-at-Home sets when they leave.<br />
Station Leaders (1 per <strong>in</strong>teractive station, 2 per creative station)<br />
Provide oversight and ensure their designated station runs smoothly.<br />
Set up the station prior to the start of the event.<br />
Assist families <strong>in</strong> answer<strong>in</strong>g questions.<br />
Ensure décor and station elements are presentable and replenished dur<strong>in</strong>g the event.<br />
Tech Team<br />
Loads music content before the event.<br />
Ensures each space has the means to play designated music.<br />
Runs tech dur<strong>in</strong>g the event.<br />
