DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT

agreement concluded between Verney-Carron,
the oldest French arms manufacturer, and
Rivolier, one of the oldest French companies
specialising in the distribution of hunting and
shooting equipment.
Cybergun says that this exclusive
distribution agreement unites two icons of the
French industry, combining centuries of knowhow
and expertise, to offer hunting enthusiasts
and shooting professionals an unprecedented
experience.
Founded in 1820, Verney-Carron enjoys an
international reputation for its exceptional
quality and commitment to innovation in the
field of weapons. For more than two centuries,
the company has established itself as guardian
of French hunting heritage, producing hunting
rifles and rifles and security and defence
weapons recognised for their precision,
durability, and elegance.
Rivolier, founded in 1830, is just as
emblematic. This family business has remained
true to its roots while supporting the evolving
needs of hunters and sport shooters. With
more than a century of experience in the
distribution of hunting and shooting products,
Rivolier is a key player in the French market.
The company is renowned for its exceptional
customer service and ability to provide a full
line of high-quality equipment for hunting
and shooting enthusiasts. The Rivolier partner
network now has more than 550 points of sale
throughout the country.
This exclusive distribution agreement on the
French market between Verney-Carron and
Rivolier concerns the entire range of hunting
rifles and rifles manufactured and marketed by
the company Verney-Carron and the sublethal
Flash defence bullet launchers but does not
concern other security and defence products
from the Lebel brand. This significant
milestone in the history of both companies will
allow Rivolier’s French customers to benefit
from unrivalled access to a complete range of
hunting and shooting products, combining the
timeless style of Verney-Carron with efficient
logistics and Rivolier’s distribution expertise.
For Verney-Carron, this major partnership
will allow the company to generate growth
in its turnover on the hunting market in
France, without additional investment, and
to concentrate its commercial development
efforts and the financing of its WCR on the
security and defence and export markets and to
generate considerable leverage on the financial
resources made available to it since its takeover
by the Cybergun Group.
The terms of this historic agreement, the
details of which remain confidential, provide
for an ambitious development plan ranging
from nearly one million Euros in turnover
from 2023 to nearly seven million Euros in
2026.
