The new Quote Tool offers the ability to save
products from the basket to view or order at
another time. Retailers can save products to a
quote for 30 days; renewing as many times as
needed before ordering. This tool creates quotes
quickly and accurately for retailers to share
pricing information with customers. Not only
does this save time but it enhances transparency
in their sales process as well.
The Marketing Support hub on the Trade
Portal has recently expanded with new product
images and troubleshoot videos. Retailers can use
this content to promote their business when
selling Bloc Blinds products. In 2024 new
campaign materials will be added for retailers to
effectively market their services on social media.
With a full roll out planned for 2024 as well,
the new Remake Tool simplifies and streamlines
the returns process for blinds. Accessed directly
from your order history, this tool guides you stepby-step
through the process for your specific
order. Retailers can now easily order a remake
anytime and receive instant notification of its
receipt.
