Marina Chalets Kalajoki is a highquality
holiday home concept in
Marinan Portti in the new Marina area
of Kalajoki. The apartments are located in
Marinan Portti, in the immediate vicinity
of the Kalajoki golf course and the seashore.
The apartments range in size from 28 to 67
m² and from studios to one- and two-bedroom
apartments. All the apartments
have a well-equipped private kitchen,
wireless internet access, TV,
shower and toilet. One- and
two-bedroom apartments
also have their own sauna.
Most of the apartments have sea views
from a glazed balcony, which adds to the
sense of space in these already spacious
apartments. Bed linen and final cleaning
are always included in the accommodation
price.
Our accommodation is also ideal for
groups, and you can book accommodation
for up to 100 people. There are also meeting
spaces and sauna facilities in the same
building. You can punctuate your meeting
with convenient breaks to get some fresh
air by the sea, and you can end your meeting
day with a round of golf, mountain
biking or yoga by the sea. We’re happy to
tailor different service packages for groups!

accommodation for businesses, accommodating
people travelling for work
all year round. The cosy and well-equipped
apartments are a pleasant option for
even longer stays of several weeks.
CAN I RENT OUT
MY OWN APARTMENT?
If you’re planning to buy your own apartment
in Marinan Portti, we offer the option
of renting out the apartment to guests
staying with us. The apartment owner decides
how much they want to use the apartment
for their own stays, and for the rest
of the time, they will earn income through
the Marina Chalets Kalajoki pool system.
The apartments are divided into four different
pool groups according to their size.
The proceeds are divided equally between
the shareholders in the pool group, taking
into account how much apartments are
used by their owners. For the owner, this
ownership option is worry-free. Bed linen
and final cleaning are also always included
in owner-occupied bookings.
