Building 1 is comprised of 8,600 (+/-) square feet. Access<br />

to the space can be achieved via glass double doors at the<br />

front of the property. There are also four additional entrance/<br />

exit doors located along the side and back of the building.<br />

The main entrance door leads to a large retail space with a<br />

reception/checkout counter to the left, and three enclosed<br />

retail spaces.<br />

The space also offers three private offices with windows,<br />

multiple storage areas or extended retail areas, multiple small<br />

storage closets, and two restrooms. The space is connected<br />

to Building 2 via an enclosed walkway with a ramp. Finishes to<br />
