NOTICE OF DISPOSAL OF FOUND PROPERTY<br />
BY <strong>TA</strong>LLAHASSEE POLICE DEPARTMENT<br />
Florida State Statue Chapter 705 requires law<br />
enforcement agencies to publish notice of the intended<br />
disposition of all found property. The following property<br />
was found by the Tallahassee Police Department<br />
between October 1st, 2023, and December 31st,<br />
2023. Any person wishing to claim said property must<br />
contact the police department prior to March 31st,<br />
2023. Unclaimed property will be retained by the police<br />
department, transferred to charities, sold at public<br />
auction or destroyed. All items sold are subject to any<br />
and all liens.<br />
