I <strong>NEWS</strong> I<br />
<strong>ITB</strong> Berlin <strong>2024</strong> takes travel technology to<br />
the next level<br />
At this year's <strong>ITB</strong> Berlin, a historic number of tech companies<br />
from over 30 countries will be highlighting their innovations<br />
and demonstrating how the sector is contributing to the<br />
transformation of the tourism and travel experience. Five<br />
dedicated exhibition halls and the eTravel Stage will offer<br />
visitors to the show the chance to meet key players and<br />
attend specialised panels and lectures, including a new<br />
dedicated AI themed track.<br />
The Travel Technology segment is<br />
once again thriving at <strong>ITB</strong> Berlin,<br />
displaying forward-looking products<br />
and ideas under the slogan "Take<br />
Travel Technology to the next Level.<br />
Together". Acknowledging the<br />
immense role played by technology<br />
in the industry, <strong>ITB</strong> Berlin is giving<br />
this segment its biggest platform to<br />
date with space in five halls (5.1, 6.1,<br />
7.1c, 8.1 and Hall 10.1), back to the size<br />
it was pre-pandemic. The exhibitor<br />
spectrum ranges from well-known<br />
industry heavyweights to aspiring<br />
startups, and spans the entire<br />
technology value chain. Exhibitors<br />
include Amadeus, Sabre, Bewotec,<br />
ICEX España, Business Iceland and<br />
Business France, to name a few.<br />
Organised in collaboration with the<br />
partners, the Travel Tech Café by<br />
GIATA in Hall 5.1 and the eTravel<br />
Lounge by Travelport in Hall 6.1 are<br />
places where technology fans can<br />
exchange knowledge.<br />
Meanwhile, the popular eTravel Stage<br />
in hall 6.1 will again<br />
provide an impressive<br />
programme of panels,<br />
keynote speeches,<br />
conferences and<br />
lectures, giving a special<br />
tribute to artificial<br />
intelligence this year.<br />
<strong>ITB</strong> Berlin has created<br />
new AI and Digital<br />
Destination themed<br />
programme tracks, with<br />
more audience space<br />
to allow for anticipated<br />
numbers. Visitors can look forward<br />
to a wide range of cutting-edge<br />
conferences and presentations by<br />
leading travel tech experts<br />

The Home of Luxury is back with<br />
a premium atmosphere and programme<br />

The Home of Luxury at <strong>ITB</strong> Berlin <strong>2024</strong> provides a first-class<br />
platform for the luxury travel industry. Three individually<br />
tailored exhibition areas create a unique atmosphere for<br />
product presentations as well as meetings and events,<br />
bringing together sellers, buyers and specialist media.<br />
From 5 to 7 March, <strong>2024</strong>, the Home<br />
of Luxury at <strong>ITB</strong> Berlin will provide<br />
an exclusive business environment<br />
for luxury travel providers and<br />
buyers. The dedicated exhibition<br />
area at the Marshall Haus will house<br />
events, luxury products and services<br />
and provide an atmosphere for<br />
negotiating luxury travel business.<br />
Exhibitors taking part in the Home of<br />
Luxury are displaying their specific<br />
products and services in the Marshall<br />
Haus. Exhibitors include Travel &<br />
Taste, Blancdenoir, Cullinan Belek,<br />
Hommage Hotels, Abercrombie<br />
& Kent Sri Lanka and Fleesensee<br />
Hotel. The space comprises three<br />
exclusive, individually tailored<br />
exhibition areas: The Garden, The<br />
Nest and The Gallery. It offers a<br />
unique setting where buyers can meet<br />
specialists in a secluded atmosphere.<br />
The Gallery is located next to a<br />
lounge reserved for members of the<br />
exclusive <strong>ITB</strong> Buyers Circle, to which<br />
only 1,000 top buyers from the travel<br />
industry are admitted each year.<br />
A comprehensive programme will give<br />
exhibitors and buyers of this niche<br />
segment an opportunity to exchange<br />
views on the latest developments in<br />
the luxury travel industry and take<br />
part in exclusive events. In addition<br />
to lectures, get-togethers, networking<br />
and speed dating, the programme<br />
will also include a "Meet the Media"<br />
event, which is exclusively open to<br />
media involved in the luxury and<br />
lifestyle market.<br />
