ITB Berlin 2024 takes travel technology to
the next level
At this year's ITB Berlin, a historic number of tech companies
from over 30 countries will be highlighting their innovations
and demonstrating how the sector is contributing to the
transformation of the tourism and travel experience. Five
dedicated exhibition halls and the eTravel Stage will offer
visitors to the show the chance to meet key players and
attend specialised panels and lectures, including a new
dedicated AI themed track.
The Travel Technology segment is
once again thriving at ITB Berlin,
displaying forward-looking products
and ideas under the slogan "Take
Travel Technology to the next Level.
Together". Acknowledging the
immense role played by technology
in the industry, ITB Berlin is giving
this segment its biggest platform to
date with space in five halls (5.1, 6.1,
7.1c, 8.1 and Hall 10.1), back to the size
it was pre-pandemic. The exhibitor
spectrum ranges from well-known
industry heavyweights to aspiring
startups, and spans the entire
technology value chain. Exhibitors
include Amadeus, Sabre, Bewotec,
ICEX España, Business Iceland and
Business France, to name a few.
Organised in collaboration with the
partners, the Travel Tech Café by
GIATA in Hall 5.1 and the eTravel
Lounge by Travelport in Hall 6.1 are
places where technology fans can
exchange knowledge.
Meanwhile, the popular eTravel Stage
in hall 6.1 will again
provide an impressive
programme of panels,
keynote speeches,
conferences and
lectures, giving a special
tribute to artificial
intelligence this year.
ITB Berlin has created
new AI and Digital
Destination themed
programme tracks, with
more audience space
to allow for anticipated
numbers. Visitors can look forward
to a wide range of cutting-edge
conferences and presentations by
leading travel tech experts
