Présenté cette année au salon SITL, le SSI
Piece Picking de SSI Schaefer constitue une
vraie innovation dans le picking de petites
pièces.
Cette solution robotique avancée
assure jusqu’à 1 200 prélèvements
par heure. Elle combine la capacité
à atteindre tous les recoins d’un bac
avec la manipulation en douceur,
grâce à une optimisation brevetée
du point de préhension et des
ventouses compactes. Son système
de scanning permet d’atteindre plus
de 99 % des produits dès la première
tentative, réduisant significativement
la possibilité d’erreurs. La technologie
pick and place garantit quant à
elle une manipulation délicate et
un placement précis, optimisant
le remplissage des bacs. Doté
d’une intelligence artificielle pour la
reconnaissance d’objets et intégrant
un logiciel performant de la gamme
WAMAS, le robot s’adapte à différents
formats de produits, améliorant

entrée au salon SITL 2024
Cette année, à l’occasion du salon SITL, les visiteurs ont
l’opportunité de découvrir R2L, nouvelle solution de VTG
Rail Europe GmbH pour le transport ferroviaire de semiremorques.
Le système R2L, introduit par VTG
Rail Europe GmbH, marque une
évolution notable dans le secteur
du fret ferroviaire en permettant
l’intégration aisée de semi-remorques
non grutables sur des trains. Cette
innovation, qui favorise le transport
combiné rail-route, rend le fret
ferroviaire plus accessible et plus
flexible pour une variété plus large
de marchandises. En facilitant le
chargement de semi-remorques
standards, y compris des citernes,

debut at SITL 2024
At this year’s SITL, visitors will have the opportunity to
discover R2L, the solution from VTG Rail Europe GmbH.
The R2L system, introduced by
VTG Rail Europe GmbH, marks
a significant development in the
rail freight sector, making it easy
to integrate non-grippable semitrailers
onto trains. This innovation,
which promotes combined road-rail
transport, makes rail freight more
accessible and flexible for a wider
variety of goods. By facilitating the
loading of standard semi-trailers,
including tankers, without requiring
major modifications or dedicated
infrastructure, R2L is positioned as
a sustainable solution, helping to
reduce CO 2
emissions and optimise
logistics costs. With its deployment
on the Be Modal line between
Rennes and Lille, R2L illustrates the
company’s commitment to greener
logistics
