Next Door Neighbours<br />
All week, all day<br />

On display is an exhibition of<br />
acrylic and watercolour paintings<br />
called Next Door Neighbours. The<br />
works have been painted by Hugh<br />
Barwick and Ian Cocks, who are<br />
neighbours and enthusiastic painters.<br />
Whānau Creative Time, Monday, 9am-noon, South Library. Spend<br />
some time creating with your family during the school holidays. Dropin<br />
sessions to make one creation per person. Children under 14 must be<br />
accompanied by an adult. Material costs only. Make a sticker, a badge or a<br />
bag using the library’s equipment.<br />
Barwick has been painting for many<br />
years in watercolours and acrylics;<br />
Cocks started painting more recently<br />
and has concentrated on depicting<br />
landscapes in acrylics. The exhibition<br />
runs throughout March.<br />
