MARMORA - !»mcs Jack, 69, died <strong>Dec</strong>. 17 at his<br />
home.<br />
Bom ta Palermo, Mr. Jack was a UMang Marmora resident.<br />
He was «mployed sinee I9J8 as a carpunter for the<br />
United Brotherhood <strong>of</strong> Carpenters and Joiners <strong>of</strong> America<br />
No, 6J3 or ArtanHc <strong>City</strong> and had received his 48-ywir<br />
pih.<br />
He was a member <strong>of</strong> the <strong>Ocean</strong> <strong>City</strong> Lodge No. 171<br />
Free & Accepted Masons, VFW Post No. M95 or Marmora<br />
and a life member <strong>of</strong> the Marmora Volunteer Rre<br />
Company.<br />
He served with the Army In World War II and<br />
received a Purple Heart For battle wounds.<br />
Ho is survived by his wife, Abigail t; two brothers,<br />
John W. <strong>of</strong> <strong>Ocean</strong> <strong>City</strong> and Waller <strong>of</strong> Marmem; i lister,<br />
LUsas A, Chew <strong>of</strong> Port Charlotte^ RIM ft stepson Sudd<br />
Vemon Hughes <strong>of</strong> Lawton, OMa.s a stepdftughterj Virginia<br />
Lemln <strong>of</strong> Wilmln|tont Del.; and six grandchildren.<br />
Berviee was Wednesday at the Codfey Funewl Home<br />
<strong>of</strong> Palermo. A Masonic service was conducted by <strong>Ocean</strong><br />
<strong>City</strong> Lodge No. 171. Burial was in Seaside Cemetery,<br />
Palermo,<br />
