The Commercial Litigation Group is the Firm's largest practice and is
handled several of the most prominent litigation cases in recent history.
We have represented clients in virtually every type of case and forum,
in federal and state courts, including large class actions, multi-district litigation,
governmental regulatory and administrative actions, as well as
smaller state and federal court actions. We have the ability, with local counsel,
to effectively litigate anywhere, both across the nation and around the
world.
Our attorneys have extensive experience with alternative dispute resolution
and have had great success with motions to dismiss and for summary
judgment. In fact, a growing number of our clients seek alternatives to
conventional litigation to resolve their disputes. Kelley Drye lawyers have
expertise in determining if and when mediation, mini-trials, arbitration
and other forms of alternative dispute resolution are appropriate.
