About This Guide Dates and times i2 services When entering dates and times, the format you use will depend on your computer’s settings. Dates throughout this guide are in the format dd MMM yyyy, for example 18 Oct 2006. You should enter the date corresponding to your computer’s settings. Times in this guide are all in the 24 hour clock, for example, 13:00. If your computer’s settings are different then you should enter the time corresponding to your settings. For example 13:10 in the 24 hour clock equates to 1:10 PM. Unless otherwise stated, all of the charts used in these examples are in Greenwich Mean Time (GMT). Technical support is available to anyone whose organization has opted for our annual support program.
