About List Items How do I reset the columns displayed in the List Items dialog? When you open the List Items dialog, the selection and order of columns displayed is remembered from the last time you closed the dialog. You want to make sure that the default selection of columns is displayed in the correct order. To do this: 1. Click Columns to display the Columns dialog, and click the General tab to display the General page: 2. Click Reset. 3.
