Shipping Information<br />

Items in stock usually ship immediately, often the same day. If your order<br />

has an item on backorder and it is expected in a few days, we may wait<br />

and ship the entire order together, depending on weight. We use USPS or<br />

UPS for shipping, depending on weight and package destination.<br />

Shipping Charges For Continental U.S.A.<br />

Up to $15.00 $4.50<br />

$15.01 – 55.00 $6.50<br />

$55.01+ $8.50<br />

Alaska and Hawaii, PO Boxes and APO – we usually ship Priority Mail.<br />

This means we might get back to you to adjust shipping rates if needed<br />

for orders over 2 lbs, as our costs can radically go up. We’ve become<br />

good friends with Flat Rate Priority boxes, large and small, and use these<br />

for economy as much as possible. We can also use Parcel Post, at your<br />

option, but this can take well over a month to Alaska or Hawaii.<br />

Please be careful with your shipping address! Packages that do<br />

not make their destination or are returned to us due to an incorrect<br />

address given will incur shipping charges again to reship them.<br />

Ditto on packages returned to us because notices left by the USPS or UPS<br />

are ignored. And if you cannot get U.S. Mail at your address, please be sure<br />

we have both your U.S. Mail Address and a UPS-able address. Of course,<br />

if we make a mistake on your order, it will be on us to fix it.<br />

Our Return & Exchange Policy<br />

RETURN POLICY<br />

We choose our products carefully and stand behind them with one<br />

of the best return policies in the business! You may return most<br />

of our products for any reason within 30 days of the purchase<br />

date (or ship date on backordered items) for refund or<br />

exchange, less shipping charges. This includes items which have<br />

been washed or used. See exceptions below. Sorry, we cannot<br />

accept out-of-package (unless purchased that way), washed or used<br />

items beyond 30 days. Items in brand new, resaleable condition can<br />

be taken back beyond 30 days for up to 60 days for store credit .<br />

You may wish to insure your package or use delivery confirmation<br />

for your own peace of mind . If coupons or discounts were<br />

used for the purchase, these amounts will be proportionally<br />

deducted from your refund.<br />

EXCEPTIONS TO THE RETURN POLICY<br />

All Night Pants: due to their high cost, we can only accept one used<br />

pant back . Items you receive as a gift can be returned for store<br />

credit only, or exchange . Sale items (new) may be returned for 14<br />

days . Items purchased from the resale bins in our store are not<br />

returnable .<br />

A NOTE ABOUT REFUSED SHIPMENTS<br />

If you refuse a package from UPS as a way of returning it to us, we<br />

will have to not only charge you the original shipping charge from<br />

us, but also charge you for UPS’ actual fee to return the package to<br />

us, which can be substantially higher . (Yes, we incur two shipping<br />

charges by UPS when this happens.)<br />

EXCHANGE POLICY<br />

• Items in new condition can be exchanged for up 60 days (if it’s<br />

been longer, give us a call); used items for up to 30 days from<br />

purchase date . You pay the shipping to send items back to us .<br />

• We will pay the shipping charges to send you replacement<br />

diaper covers, night pants and training pants, or other very<br />

lightweight items such as clothing, in similar quantities to what<br />

you are exchanging. Beyond that, our usual shipping charges<br />

would apply for the new merchandise we’re sending to you.<br />

Keep in mind that returning diapers is costly; we’d encourage you to<br />

order samples if you are not sure which type to get .<br />
