How to Set Up an
On-Line Baby Gift Registry Service
We work with a registry company, www.felicite.com. They have an easyto-use
system, and you can view a sample registry on their website . Your
registry links directly to Babyworks, so your friends and relatives can view
products before purchasing .
• Gift givers can find your registry by following the link on the home
page of our website or by going to www.felicite.com. If they don’t use
the internet, they can call to make purchases (we can then remove
items ordered from your registry). If Portlanders wish to avoid shipping
charges and pick up their gifts, they can call in their order for pick-up or
come and shop during regular store hours .
• To set up a registry, follow the link on the home page of our site. Then,
simply go through our website, select items you wish to order, and
select them with the “Add to Registry” button. If you are registering for
an item with multiple price levels (such as a single diaper vs . a dozen),
choose the quantity you want, then wait for the price to change above
before pressing “Add to Registry”, to be sure the correct quantity at the
correct price is added .
• Quantity discounts and sale prices are not available on registry orders.
• This registry does not seem to work properly if Firefox is used as a
browser on a Mac computer; try Safari.

A Note About Internet Product Reviews
Consider them, but take them with a grain of salt. As we’ve seen through many
years of experience, different products are favored by different people, because of
their own preferences and their baby’s body type. Some people are literally afraid
to try a particular product because someone gave it a negative review . The product
the reviewer “hates” may be one you “love”. We have seen this countless times.
All products we carry must have a 90% + “like” rate or we couldn’t afford to carry
it, with our return policy. Every single product on the market, including ours, has
someone who does not like it (even though the majority do) .

For Our Non-U.S.A. Customers
We’re happy to do business with anyone in the world; we just have to
do it differently. In fact, it’s exciting for us to see our products travel to the
near and far corners of the earth! Because of the high cost, we cannot
return foreign telephone calls or faxes, but we welcome you to call us;
you will need to use our non-toll-free telephone number (503-224-4696) .
Better yet, if you have a computer, we can communicate via e-mail to
answer questions or inquiries about shipping rates for specific orders to
your country. Rates vary widely on foreign orders, because of package
weight and destination; therefore, we must quote rates individually .
Some additional considerations:
• There may be additional taxes, fees or duty charged to you by your
country to receive your shipment from us; you’ll want to look into this.
• Delivery times vary widely, depending on the distribution system of
your country once the package reaches its borders . Standard delivery
can take as little as a few days to as long as a month to reach you .
If you are in a hurry, we can research a carrier who will guarantee
shipment by a particular date .
