Dividend Reinvestment Plan
The Company introduced a dividend
reinvestment plan for the forthcoming and
future dividends. This will allow shareholders
to reinvest their cash dividend in shares
bought on the London Stock Exchange
through a specially arranged sharedealing
service. An explanation of how the plan
operates and the charges, together with a
mandate for shareholders to complete if they
wish to join the plan, accompanies this Annual
Report. Alternatively, details are available from
