BIOGRAPHY<br />
Carlo De Angelis received his Bachelor of <strong>Pharmacy</strong> from the University of Toronto <strong>in</strong> 1981. He did his Hospital <strong>Pharmacy</strong> Residency<br />
at Sunnybrook and Women’s College health Sciences Centre <strong>in</strong> 1982; and he received his Doctorate of <strong>Pharmacy</strong> from the State University<br />
of New York at Buffalo <strong>in</strong> 1984. Carlo specializes <strong>in</strong> cancer treatment symptom prevention and management; education and<br />
tra<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g <strong>in</strong> <strong>Oncology</strong> <strong>Pharmacy</strong> Practice; and, practice based research to support <strong>Oncology</strong> Cl<strong>in</strong>ical <strong>Pharmacy</strong> activities.<br />
