Airfil-Filter / filter airfil
Eine neue Webstruktur aus verschieden
starken Endlosfasern
erlaubt eine progressive Tiefenfilterung.
Das bedeutet, dass nicht
nur über die Filteroberfläche sondern
auch in die Tiefe ausgefiltert
wird. Diese Eigenschaft bewirkt,
dass der Druckverlust mit zunehmender
Filtersättigung langsamer
und linearer ansteigt als bei einer
reinen Oberflächenfilterung.
Die Abscheidegrade sind gemessen
nach dem ASHRAE
Standard. Die entsprechenden Filterklassen
nach DIN EN 779 sind
durch die Farbgebung der Filter
erkennbar. Die Filter wurden am
Institut für Lufthygiene in Berlin
gemäß DIN EN 846 geprüft.
Das Filtermaterial ist absolut
glasfaserfrei, abriebfest und antimikrobiell,
nimmt Öle und Fette
auf, ist wasserabweisend und
macht dadurch das Wachstum
von Krankheitserregern unmöglich.
Die Betriebstemperatur kann
bis 80 °C betragen.
Bei geringeren Abmessungen
bietet der Airfil gegenüber Taschenfiltern
eine wesentlich größere
Filteroberfläche.
The new weaving structure consists
of endless fibres of different
diameters allowing a progressive
deep-bed filtration, meaning that
filtration is done not only through
the filter surface but also in the filter
depth. Compared with a pure
surface filtration, the pressure loss
with increasing filter saturation is
more linear and slower.
Filter grades are measured in
accordance with ASHRAE standards.
Filter classes in accordance
with DIN EN 779 differentiated
by the colour of the filter. Filters
have been tested at the Institute
for air hygiene in Berlin, in accordance
with DIN EN 846.
The filter material does not
contain any fibre glass, it is abrasion-resistant
and inhibits microbial
activity. It absorbs oil and fat,
is hydrophobic and does not allow
the growth of pathogenic germs.
Operating temperature up to +
80 °C.
Airfil filters offer a much larger
surface area, combined with smaller
dimensions, compared with normal
bag filters.
