Plattentauscher / Plate heat exchanger<br />
Der Kreuzstrom-Wärmeübertrager<br />
ist ein hochwertiger Plattenwärmeübertrager,<br />
der dort eingesetzt<br />
wird, wo die Trennung von<br />
zwei Luftströmen erforderlich ist,<br />
z.B. um eine Geruchsübertragung<br />
von Abluftgerüchen in der Zuluft<br />
zu vermeiden.<br />
Die Luftströmung erfolgt im<br />
Kreuzstromprinzip, horizontal/<br />
vertikal oder diagonal. Die Tauscherflächen<br />
sind aus korrosionsbeständigenAluminium-Blechen<br />
hergestellt, in verschiedenen<br />
Plattenabständen (2,1 - 8,0 mm).<br />
Die Bleche sind gefalzt und verklebt<br />
und somit völlig dicht. Der<br />
Plattenübertrager wird in ein separates<br />
Gerätemodul eingebaut.<br />
In diesem Modul wird entsprechend<br />
den Betriebsbedingungen<br />
ein Tropfenabscheider und eine<br />
Kondensatwanne mit Ablaufstutzen<br />
integriert. Eine Bypassklappe<br />
kann beim Übertrager integriert<br />
werden.<br />
The cross flow heat exchanger is a<br />
highly efficient plate heat exchanger,<br />
used when two airstreams have<br />
to be separated, i.e. to avoid the<br />
transfer of odours from kitchen<br />
extract to the supply air.<br />
The air flows in the cross<br />
flow principle, horizontally/vertically<br />
or diagonally. The plates<br />
are manufactured from corrosion<br />
proof aluminium sheets, in different<br />
plate distances (2,1 - 8,0 mm).<br />
The sheets are folded and glued<br />
and thus completely tight. The<br />
plate heat exchanger is built into<br />
a separate module. According to<br />
the operating conditions, a droplet<br />
eliminator and a condensate<br />
tray with drain plug can be integrated.<br />
