3.2.3 Logon parameters<br />

General Reference Guide <strong>eWON</strong> Configuration<br />

First Name and Last Name are detailed (and optional) information about the user, while User Login and Password are mandatory (they are<br />

used during the logon procedure).<br />

Logon procedures using the User Login and Password are:<br />

• Main <strong>eWON</strong> access logon<br />

• FTP server access<br />

• User defined page Basic Access authentication (please refer to chapter "<strong>eWON</strong> identification" on page 13)<br />

• PPP Dial up connection<br />

Warning: depending on the <strong>eWON</strong>'s version (c.f. table at the end of this manual page 209)<br />

The same user name and password will be used for the different access.<br />

3.2.4 User's rights<br />

The following rights can be selected for user:<br />

View IO allows accessing the SCADA real time IO screen<br />

Force outputs allows changing the <strong>eWON</strong> outputs<br />

Acknowledge alarms allows acknowledging alarm<br />

Change configuration allows accessing the configuration part of the <strong>eWON</strong><br />

FTP server access allow this UserName/Password to be used to access the <strong>eWON</strong> FTP Server<br />

<strong>eWON</strong> File access [EBD]<br />

Java Forms access allows accessing the Java Forms<br />

allows accessing the File Transfer page.<br />

allow this UserName/Password to be used to retrieve <strong>eWON</strong> Files (containing Export<br />

Block Descriptor) with HTTP request using<br />

/rcgi.bin/ParamForm?AST_Param=$$...EBD...<br />

Control Java JVM allows this user to control the Java JVM<br />
