General Reference Guide eWON Configuration
The eWON ADSL modem supports the ADSL2+ standard.
The configuration is very simple and provides compatibility with PPPOE and PPPOA with VCMux and LLCMux implementations.
When the ADSL modem is connected, the eWON will have a WAN interface connected to the Internet, it will be able to act as a gateway on the
Internet and will be accessible from Internet on any port.

Control Description
Connection Type
Always "PPPoE or PPPoA"
PPPoE: Point-to-Point Protocol over Ethernet
PPPoA: Point-to-Point Protocol over ATM
User name Provided by the operator with your ADSL account
Password Provided by the operator with your ADSL account
PPP Mode
Provided by the operator with your ADSL account.
Choose between
• PPPoE LLC
• PPPoA VC-Mux
• PPPoA LLC
VPI Virtual Path Identifier is provided by operator (default: 8)
VCI Virtual Channel Identifier is provider by operator (default: 35)
