All successful bids are subject to a 22% plus VAT (26.4%)
of the hammer price up to £300,000, and 12% plus VAT
(14.40%) on the hammer price in excess of £300,000
Payment will be accepted, if you are a successful bidder,
by debit card issued by a UK bank, by bank transfer, in
cash up to £12,000 (subject to relevant money laundering
regulations), or by all major UK issued credit cards
registered to a UK billing address with the exception of
American Express and Diners Club. A surcharge of 3% is
payable on all payments made by credit card. This
surcharge does not apply to debit card payments.
Payment may also be made by Sterling personal cheques
drawn on a UK bank account but Dreweatts regrets that
purchases paid for by this method can not be collected
until your cheque has cleared.
If you leave an odd bid, the Auctioneer will increase your
bid to the next highest figure.
Bids must be received the day before the sale, in certain
circumstances it may not be possible to execute bids
received on the day of the sale.
