The History and Beauty
That is Turkey
June 22-July 4, 2013. This is not just an ordinary tour!
Experience the hospitality of the Turkish people. Interact with
the locals in the towns, tour an underground city where the
Turks fled from their invaders, sail and snorkel on a typical
sailing boat for three nights and four days. Explore the
beautiful city of Istanbul and shop in the grand Bazaar, tour
the Topkapi Palace, the Blue Mosque, and the Hagia Sophia.
Travel to the historic sites of Ephesus, Cappadocia, and the
underwater village of the blue waters of the Mediterranean.
Don’t miss the beauty and the kindness of the people of this
amazing country that is so rich in history.
$3,985 (approximate) includes air fare from Portland,
accommodations, local transportation, most meals, guides,

May 18-26, 2013. Experience la dolce vita in beautiful Tuscany.
Explore Tuscany and all they offer the food and wine world.
Participate in hands on cooking classes that will show you
how to make delicious Tuscan dishes, travel to local wineries
for tastings, sample the delicious offerings of local producers
of fine Tuscan foods such as olive oil and cheeses, and of
course no trip is complete without an outing to the local
markets of note.
