Community
Education
Swim with Community Education classes are based on the
American Red Cross curriculum. We offer seven course
levels (Starfish, Angel Fish, Clown Fish, Rainbow Fish, Sea
Turtles, Barracudas, and Tiger Fish) that teach youth how to
swim skillfully and safely. The prerequisite for each level is
the successful completion and/or demonstration of the skills
from the preceding level. There is no prerequisite for level 1.
Students will be evaluated at the first class and placed at a
level appropriate to their demonstrated skills.
PCC Swim with Community Education offers a positive
learning experience with low teacher to student ratios.

Parent Child Aquatics: 6 Months-3 Years
Recreation and wellness

6 Months-3 Years
Parent and child learn together to increase comfort level in the
water and to build a foundation of basic skills. Parents and
child participate in guided sessions helping the child get ready
to swim by emphasizing fun in the water.
