Nature of Complaints Torture, harassment, illegal arrest and detention 01 Complains against executive and administrative action HR violation (Adequate standard of living condition) 52 No of Complaints Most of the complaints against the government officials who work with the process of providing living condition of the IDPs due to grievances of the procedure of dry ration, marriage allowances, compensation, and resettlement and lack of friendly procedure between government officers and IDPs. The government officers facing many problems due to the lack of national policy on resettlement of IDPs therefore more than 2000 families are living in the WC, RC, Host for 10-15 years as IDPs and many problems are existing without legal protection. 17 34
