Continue to Castle Königstein, an impressive fortress overlooking the Elbe<br />
where Napoleon’s forces were billeted during his German campaign.<br />
Day 9 Prague. Spend the morning relaxing onboard as we sail to Prague.<br />
After lunch join a walking tour of the city, including the picturesque old<br />
quarter, visiting the Old Town Square. This evening there will be a farewell<br />
dinner and a concert by London Festival Opera. Moor overnight.<br />
Day 10 Prague. After breakfast disembark the vessel, and join a panoramic<br />
city tour, including Prague Castle, then attend a private concert by string<br />
quartet. Later transfer to your centrally located hotel for your two night stay,<br />
this evening joining your fellow guests for dinner.<br />
Day 11 Prague. Spend the day at leisure to explore the city. This evening we<br />
hope to attend an optional performance at the Prague State Opera or National<br />
Theatre. Performance details are not available at the time of going to press.<br />
Day 12 Prague to London. After breakfast transfer to the airport and return<br />
to London by scheduled flight.<br />

For our passage along the Elbe we have<br />
chartered the delightful MS Swiss Ruby.<br />
Launched in 2002 in Germany, she<br />
accommodates a maximum of just 88<br />
passengers. With its moderate draught, the<br />
vessel is ideally suited to navigate rivers<br />
and canals in virtually the whole of Europe.<br />
Cabins measure approximately 11.4<br />
square metres and feature an en suite<br />
bathroom with shower, air conditioning,<br />
television, telephone, hairdryer, minibar and<br />
a safe. Cabins on the Emerald deck have<br />
twin beds that can also be made up as a<br />
double and a non-opening picture window.<br />
Cabins on the Ruby deck have fixed twin<br />
fold-down beds and a French balcony.<br />
Public areas are spacious and elegantly<br />
decorated with panoramic windows so<br />
you can enjoy the view wherever you are.<br />
The lounge on the Ruby deck is a relaxing<br />
environment to watch the passing scenery,<br />
browse the library or enjoy a drink from<br />
the bar. The restaurant seats all passengers<br />
in one sitting and is located on the<br />
Emerald deck. There is also a spacious sun<br />
deck with comfortable deck furniture.<br />
