Victoria Harbour Development Plan
Moffatt & Nichol provided a market and planning study to enhance the site development and maximize revenue potential
for the Greater Victoria Harbour Authority. The final master plan includes a public promenade along the existing
foreshore, lots for 39 floating homes, 78 marina slips, fishing boat facilities and a 120 meter long public float with floating
commercial space, as well as permanent and transient moorage for 58 recreational and commercial boats and a float
plane base for eight aircraft.
East River Waterfront Study

Moffatt & Nichol provided planning, analysis, design, construction documents, and construction services for waterfront
components of New York City’s East River Waterfront Esplanade and Piers renewal project, which will improves
waterfront access and reconnect Lower Manhattan communities with the East River. Project components include a
waterfront esplanade, a new two-level pier providing recreational space and mooring for historic sailing vessels, the rehabilitation
of several piers, and the creation of new waterfront amenities including potentially a new marina. This project
was a joint venture.
