Enerflex Ltd. is the new name for
our natural gas and process
compression business formed
from the combination of Enerflex Systems
Income Fund, acquired January 20, 2010
and Toromont Energy Systems.
As one company, Enerflex provides
what we believe are the scope, scale and
expertise necessary to address market
challenges and deliver value to our
customers and shareholders over the long
term. On that basis, we are proud to
present the Enerflex company profile.
lEAding ApplicATiOnS
From the well-head to the pipeline,
Enerflex is a market leader in engineering,
manufacturing and servicing highly
specified equipment for a diversified
mix of customers, including many of the
largest energy exploration and production,
chemical and petrochemical companies
in the world. Enerflex also has expertise
in providing gas compression and
processing facilities to our customers on
a turn-key basis and through alternative
delivery models such as ‘build-ownoperate-maintain’
contracts like a recent
project in Oman.
Our corporate roots stretch back 30
years and over this time, we have
amassed knowledge from manufacturing
several million horsepower for upstream,
midstream and downstream applications.
Midstream markets represent about
75% of our pro-forma revenues. Once a
well is drilled and completed and the
upstream portion of a project is finished,

gas gathering, pipeline and storage
facilities for both conventional and

unconventional resource plays around
the world.
In this market segment, we also provide
producers with industrial refrigeration
packages, amine plants (where CO 2 and
hydrogen sulfide are removed from natural
gas), dew point plants and cryogenic plants.
Our downstream markets include
power generation, petrochemical, natural
gas distribution and storage facilities.
lEAding SERvicE
In all customer segments, our customers
rely on us not just for equipment designed
to maximize production and compressor
throughput, but for ongoing customer
support. On a pro forma basis, product
support represents some 25% of our 2009
pro forma revenue.
Contributions from our preventative
maintenance, parts and service business
are important for our future because they
help to offset energy cycles that affect
customer spending on new equipment.
Of equal importance, customer service
creates customer satisfaction and the
potential for new equipment sales.
Today, we have over 400 service
technicians across 28 locations and in
six countries, along with over 300
field-service trucks – an infrastructure
that makes Enerflex a reliable 24/7
supplier to customers around the world.

Another key strength for our future is
geographic diversification. We operate in
four major regions. Our largest market,
Enerflex provided equipment for the phase two expansion of this
natural gas compression station in Injune, Queensland, Australia.
