VACUUBRAND four-stage diaphragm pumps are an excellent solution <strong>for</strong> continuous, oil-free pumping of gases requiring<br />
very low vacuum and high flow rates. All parts in contact with pumped vapors or gases are made of aluminum,<br />
stainless steel and carefully selected plastics compatible with a wide range of applications with non-corrosive gases.<br />
The four-stage, "double-star" design provides the advantageous combination of high pumping speed and an outstanding<br />
ultimate vacuum down to 0.3 mbar. The highly flexible, fabric-rein<strong>for</strong>ced double diaphragms made of FPM ensure<br />
extended operating life. The VARIO ® version of these pumps provides vacuum control by precise adjustment of the<br />
diaphragm pump's motor speed to process conditions. The VARIO ® system includes the VARIO ® pump, as well as the CVC<br />
3000 vacuum controller with external gauge head. The demand-responsive motor speed control results in extra long<br />
diaphragm life and low lifetime cost of ownership.<br />

APPLICATIONS<br />
Four-stage diaphragm pumps are an excellent choice <strong>for</strong><br />
continuous, contamination-free evacuation and pumping<br />
of non-aggressive gases under the very high vacuum demands<br />
of applications in physics and analytics. Due to the<br />
outstanding ultimate vacuum, these pumps are often used<br />
