3. Gas Transmission <strong>–</strong> Changes to SpCs<br />
Chapter Summary<br />
This chapter outlines our proposed changes to the SpCs in NGGT‟s <strong>licence</strong>. It also<br />
provides our reasons for the proposed changes <strong>and</strong> their intended effect.<br />
Question 1: We invite stakeholders to comment on the proposed changes to the<br />
SpCs in NGGT ‟s <strong>licence</strong> as outlined in this chapter <strong>and</strong> the actual <strong>licence</strong> drafting in<br />
Supporting Document 2.<br />
Changes to SLCs <strong>and</strong> SSCs (part A)<br />
3.1. In addition to the proposed changes to SpCs set out in this chapter we are<br />
also proposing changes to some SLCS <strong>and</strong> SSCs that are applicable to GT Licensees.<br />
As these changes are common to GT <strong>and</strong> GD sectors they have been presented<br />
together in Chapter 5. 64<br />
Overview of proposed changes to Gas Transmission SpCs<br />
3.2. A substantive number of proposed changes relate to the SpCs in NGGT ‟s<br />
<strong>licence</strong>. Below we outline our proposed changes to both new <strong>and</strong> existing SpCs, the<br />
reasons why we consider the changes to be necessary, <strong>and</strong> the intended effect.<br />
Special Condition C1: Amendments to St<strong>and</strong>ard Special Conditions relating<br />
to LNG [GTC 125]<br />
<strong>Draft</strong>ing Status: We will provide an update on what, if any, changes are required to<br />
this condition in the Second Consultation.<br />
3.3. This condition sets out amendments to SSCs relating to LNG. We will consider<br />
what, if any, changes are required to this condition <strong>and</strong> provide an update in the<br />
Second Consultation.<br />
