#401 Staging to Sell: Quick & Easy Tips for Staging Your Home

Learn staging basics. What improvements get the most bang for
your buck, and even get a little interactive help with your project.
The proper staging techniques can help increase your home”s
value and more importantly make it more appealing for potential

This course will cover safety and the basics of electrical circuitry
including your service panel, circuit breakers and testing of
electrical devices. Learn how to replace a receptacle, single pole
and three way switches. Also covered will be GFCI receptacles
and light fixtures.

Come learn the differences between the sweet wines of the
world. We will talk about the process of making sweet wines as
well as the different styles and regions around the globe. We will
taste through the current trends and give you some tips to find
value when shopping for wine.

#352 Basic Plumbing (5 hours)
Instructor: Kelly Statler
This class will cover the basics of home plumbing, including
toilets, faucets and drains. After the class students will be able
to repair or replace a toilet, faucet and p-traps. Also covered will
be the home plumbing system, including supplies, vents and
drains.

or micro-brewed beer is. We will talk about the major players as
well as the small local movement. We will talk about the history
of brewing in Missouri as well as taste through many different
styles and learn about the brewing process. This will be a fun
and informative class.
