<strong>Fractional</strong> <strong>E1</strong> 2-Port/ 4-Port Multiplexer<br />

The ETU02A-MUX provides an economic multiplexing solution for <strong>Fractional</strong> <strong>E1</strong> network services. Up to four<br />

DTE devices may be linked to an ETU02A-MUX at data rates of 56Kbps to 2048Kbps. The ETU02A-MUX<br />

supports local control and diagnostics via an RS-232 console port connected to a standard serial terminal.<br />

This feature enables users to easily configure the unit, execute the in-service diagnostics and monitor the<br />

network status.<br />

Terminates <strong>Fractional</strong> <strong>E1</strong> Service<br />

Data Interface: Fixed DB25F (RS-530/232) utilizing hardware and<br />

software configuration and cable solution for V.35, RS-530, RS-449<br />

and X.21<br />

Integrates high speed data and <strong>E1</strong> link with an intelligent<br />

<strong>E1</strong>/ <strong>Fractional</strong> <strong>E1</strong><strong>Access</strong> Unit<br />
