Then, there is a problem of on-line trading. On-line trading is the worst<br />

thing which affects the people. The man who is running the on-line trading is<br />

having one computer. That is all. He is not a farm owner or he is not a trader. It<br />

is only because of having these types of facilities that he blocks all the essential<br />

commodities giving some advances. With the help of one lakh of rupees, he can<br />

even stock ten lakh worth of goods. So, when they are stocking all these things,<br />

naturally, without investing anything, by way of doing this on-line trading, it is<br />

increasing the price of essential commodities. So, it is better to stop this kind of<br />

on-line trading.<br />

The hon. Minister of Finance said in the month of February that growth is<br />

there and there is no inflation at that time. Now, he is telling that there is a<br />

moderate inflation. In the same way, the hon. Minister of Agriculture said in the<br />

month of February that the prices of commodities are going down. But it is not<br />

going down, rather it has been increasing. Even the hon. Prime Minister has said<br />

that the period of inflationary conditions has gone and now the prices will be<br />

stabilized. But in the recent NDC meeting the hon. Prime Minister said that still<br />

the inflationary conditions are prevailing. Even our Ministers have rolled back<br />

their statements. I am requesting that instead of rolling back their statements, it is<br />

better that they roll back the prices. That way they can help our people.<br />
