• Winter sampling series was
completed in February – March
2009.
• Analysis of winter water samples is

• Samples of rainbow trout stomachs
were acquired from Golder
Associates from their sampling
between the canyon and Daisy
Dam in November 2008. Contents
of those samples have been
identified and enumerated and
await upload to the database.
• A second set of samples will be
supplied by Josh Korman from his
sampling of coho and steelhead fry
and parr that is presently ongoing
in reaches downstream of the
canyon.
• Data will be used in 2010 to
examine similarities between food
produced in the river and food
ingested by the valued fish
populations.
• All raw data from the summer and
winter sampling is presently being
acquired from labs or is awaiting
upload to the Access database.
• Exploratory data analysis may
proceed before all sampling is
complete and data is available.
Final data analysis and modeling is

• Salmonid stomach
samples from sites
downstream of the
canyon are presently
being collected.
• Exploratory analyses
