attack<strong>in</strong>g that <strong>in</strong> 2001-2002, well before McIntyre‘s <strong>in</strong>volvement. Donner<br />

Canadian (closely connected with <strong>the</strong> Fraser Institute) apparently gave<br />

$20K to U of Guelph Economics 06/15/02 (presumably McKitrick), and<br />

<strong>the</strong>n after <strong>the</strong> book was published, awarded <strong>the</strong> pair ano<strong>the</strong>r $20K as<br />

runner-up Donner Book Prize. The book thanks Donner for <strong>the</strong>ir support.<br />
