W.5.2 offers <strong>the</strong> possibility that this ―allegiance‖ idea is simply a<br />
re<strong>in</strong>vention of old ideas from SNA or cluster analysis, not used by anyone<br />
outside <strong>Wegman</strong>‘s group, and published <strong>in</strong> venues unlikely to be noticed<br />
by experts. Nobody expects MS students to know everyth<strong>in</strong>g.<br />

This 160-page report has much detail on Climategate. Scientists were<br />
cleared of wrongdo<strong>in</strong>g, but criticized somewhat for responses to FOI<br />
requests. Chapter 7 is particularly relevant.<br />
