How to Order Spare Parts<br />
The <strong>Rex</strong> TCS Heaters and End Rings if used are custom made to fit the specific machine<br />
requirements and are not normally stocked by <strong>Rex</strong> <strong>Materials</strong>.<br />
It is strongly recommended that the Customer stock at least one heater half for each different<br />
heater assembly on the machine.<br />
Spare parts should be ordered from the authorized TCS distributor where you purchased the<br />
original TCS system.<br />
You can also contact <strong>Rex</strong> <strong>Materials</strong> Customer <strong>Service</strong> Department for assistance in identifying<br />
correct spare parts.<br />
