� model provisions (a contemporary version)

Also includes content that is flexible and tailored for the
particular LGA such as:
� it may include development standards such as
heights, FSR, parking, etc
� controls/schedule of European and indigenous
heritage items
� special provisions/incentives to implement the
council’s strategic visions
� performance indicators to measure the success of
the LEP
