with dinners, days off, etc. become creative
and you would be amazed at how much your
staff gets done because the management has
taken a dull boring mindless task and all of a
sudden the task has great significance.
The great thing about Americans is that
we are competitive by nature if you get out
the power washer, keep your landscaping
neat and clean, keep your building freshly
painted your neighbors appreciate it
and will often times join in with the
improvement of their own property. I have
always been a firm believer in the fact that
a well maintained property reflects pride of
ownership, whether you own a cute 500 sq
ft cottage or a 50,000 sq ft building keeping
your sidewalks clean, windows washed,
landscaping well maintained and building
fresh in appearance your property will reflect
the pride of ownership. You will be able to
rent, sell, and lease at a higher rate rate of
return. In the long run it will be consistent
preventative and property maintenance
that will make you money. It is deferred
maintenance will cost you money.
Get excited. It is Spring and Spring Into
Action, Create the Experience and you could
increase your bottom line!
