Countryside No. 844/S dated 21/9/2005; and in the interest of public needs;
Decides as follows:
Article (10): Import of the following items shall be permitted in exception of the previous
provisions subjecting these items to the import restriction:
- Cotton fabrics made of 85% or more cotton category 5208
- Cotton fabrics made of 85% or more cotton category 5209
- Cotton fabrics made of 85% or under cotton category 5210
- Cotton fabrics made of 85% or more cotton category 5211
- Other cotton fabrics category 512
- Velvety woven fabrics category 5801
- Patterned fabrics category 5802
- Popino fabrics category 5804
- Stuffed textile products category 5811
- Velvet fabrics category 6001
- Other fabrics of category 6002, 6002, 6004, 6005, and 6006
Article (2): Value of the aim imports shall be paid in accordance with the enforced currency
provisions permitted accordingly.
Article (3): All other foreign trade provisions shall be amended accordingly.
Article (4): This decision will come into force from date of publication.

Officer EMDF, Export Promotion Bureau, Karachi.
