Chapter (39) Allow the import of all items listed in Chapter 39 as an exception of Import
Restriction/Suspension Provisions, including products allowed previously, along
with a currency plan, while import of the following items shall remain
disallowed.

sought by any side. However, the import of relevant local-made products
shall only be allowed after gaining permission from the General Cement
