Children play and learn through recreation<br />
activities such as arts and culture,<br />
environmental stewardship, health and<br />
fitness, academic support and more.<br />
Transportation for Public<br />
School Students<br />
<strong>Seattle</strong> Public Schools will transport<br />
children within the district’s busing cluster<br />
(see the <strong>Seattle</strong> school district web site<br />
for specific schools). If a child comes<br />
from outside the <strong>Seattle</strong> Schools busing<br />
cluster, or if a child will be coming from a<br />
private school, the family is responsible for<br />
transportation.<br />
Scholarship applications may be picked up at<br />
your local community center. DSHS Child Care<br />
subsidies are also accepted.<br />

The atmosphere at camp is one that<br />
emphasizes community relationships, but<br />
also recognizes individual achievement,<br />
creativity and original thinking.<br />
Our trained staff works daily to <strong>of</strong>fer<br />
enrichment activities in areas such<br />
as: arts and culture, environmental<br />
stewardship, health and fitness, field trips,<br />
swimming and more.<br />
Winter, Mid-Winter and Spring<br />
Break, One-Day Camps (Pr<strong>of</strong>essional<br />
Development and Day Between<br />
Semesters) are separate programs with<br />
separate fees. Before and After School<br />
program participants must register and<br />
pay for these programs in addition to the<br />
monthly fee for Before and After School<br />
programs.<br />
