In this inter-generational class, we<br />
focus on learning the ancient art <strong>of</strong><br />
handbuilding clay sculpture. We will<br />
learn to create relief, wall mounted and<br />
freestanding sculptures. Demonstrations<br />
will include, sculpting a head, slab and coil<br />
building, sculpting a small figure, building<br />
an enlargement <strong>of</strong> a small work, and<br />
underglaze/glaze finishes. Min 6/Max 10.<br />

develop mental strategies for a fun and<br />

Ages 12 and older<br />
We accept dogs 10 weeks and older.<br />
Only one dog per handler please. For<br />
a handler 12 years or younger, please<br />
get the instructor's approval before<br />
registering. Dogs cannot be nose to nose<br />
at the first class. This class focuses on<br />
home commands such as come, down,<br />
sit, stand, and stay, and walking on a loose<br />
leash. The class is fast-moving, positive,<br />
and motivational. Please bring pro<strong>of</strong> <strong>of</strong><br />
current vaccinations the first night. Bring<br />
a rug or mat, paper towels, plastic bags,<br />
small bag <strong>of</strong> dried dog food or training<br />
treats, and your dog on a leash to each<br />
class. Please be sure your dog has not<br />
eaten for at least one hour before class.<br />
