school students who have a Northgate<br />

Keep your eye on the Teen Room bulletin<br />
board for new and exciting events and<br />
field trips. You will enjoy everything so<br />
take a chance and participate. New weekly<br />
postings will be placed Wednesdays. See<br />
the city, meet new people and have fun<br />
with Northgate Community Center. Some<br />
activities will have a fee but most will be<br />
free. A completed E-13 form is needed to<br />
participate in this event.<br />

Ages 13-17<br />
Come hoop-it-up with hip-hop cutz<br />
bumpin’ over the gym loud speaker. Play<br />
pick-up games with a twist. The score clock<br />
will be used to regulate 8-minute, 5-on-5,<br />
full court games. Winners stay on the court<br />
and the next 5 signed up will challenge.<br />

All Ages<br />
Get your homework done first so you can<br />
really enjoy the afternoon. Stay on track<br />
or get ahead. Nick will be providing help<br />

Homework time for those who want to<br />
take advantage <strong>of</strong> this opportunity.<br />

What’s better than a good movie? A good<br />
movie that’s FREE. Bring a friend or two<br />
to watch a couple great movies this fall<br />
on our big screen projector. There will<br />
be free popcorn and concessions for sale.<br />
Movie choices to be announced, share<br />
your ideas.<br />

Ages: 13-18<br />
Northgate C.C. is <strong>of</strong>fering weekly activities<br />
to earn service learning hours. 60 hrs are<br />
required to graduate high school. The<br />
teen with the most hours at the end <strong>of</strong><br />
each quarter will be given a prize. All<br />
teens who volunteer will be the first to<br />
participate in field trips and parties. Look<br />
for the S.L.O. logo on the teen calendar or<br />
call Nick for volunteer opportunities.<br />

Ages: 13-17<br />
Increase athleticism, endurance and<br />
strength with Northgate Community<br />
Center’s “Get Fit, Get Strong” activities.<br />
We will do everything from work-outs in<br />
the fitness room to runs around Green<br />
Lake. A completed E-13 form is needed to<br />
participate in this event.<br />

Let your voice be heard! Come be a part<br />

center, fund-raising opportunities, and<br />
be the first to sign up for cool field trips;<br />
all while earning service learning hours!<br />
