Your Committee on the State of the Order would respectfully report
as follows, in regard to the petition for restoration to membership
of a former member of the defunct Kossuth Lodge.
We are satisfied, after due investigation, that Bro. Louis Sternberg
was a worthy member, and we recommend that a card be granted him
by this Grand Lodge.
